Bohusläns museum

Bohusläns museum offers a variety of public programs and exhibitions. Each year the museum has 10-20 temporary exhibitions and more than 400 events and activities. Learn more about the events and activities here! On the first floor you´ll find temporary exhibitions, the art gallery, the hall of boats and a steamboat-themed playroom. On the second floor are permanent exhibitions where you can explore life, art and nature of Bohuslän and the city of Uddevalla.

Hearing loops (Acoustic Experiences)

Hearing loop are installed in premises where there are program activities such as the Auditorium, Stove room and on the shelf. In other areas, it may be supplemented with mobile hearing loop, if necessary.

Parking options (Parking)

The museum disabled parking is available in front of the museum, directly to the left of the entrance.

Wheelchair accessible (Accessible entrance for pushchairs and wheelchairs)

All our exhibitions, both permanent and temporary, are designed so that you can get around by wheelchair and walker. There is a wheelchair to borrow if you have difficulty walking. Please contact the reception staff.
