Guide dogs, assistance dogs and tipped canes are accepted in the museum rooms.

Hearing (Acoustic Experiences)

The museum's conference room is also equipped with a magnetic radio loop.

Mobility (Accessible entrance for pushchairs and wheelchairs)

Entrance to the museum is via the new PMR entrance, located rue de l'Echarpe.
A bell is at your disposal to notify you and a person from the museum team will welcome you to allow you to access the Foundation by an adapted elevator.
Within the museum, all spaces are accessible by an elevator.

Understanding (Easy Read & Understanding)

Ask at reception for our tour guide booklet designed in Easy to Read and Understand (FALC). The booklet will be given to you in exchange for an identity document kept for the duration of your visit.
