The cloakrooms are free of charge for both individual visitors and groups.
Large umbrellas, backpacks and small items of luggage can be deposited, but large bags and valuables are not accepted (cameras, money, identity documents, etc.).

In Paris, the temporary exhibition, garden, cafe and auditorium are all accessible.
The museum is equipped with ramps to facilitate access.

Touch tours (Tactile Experiences)

A personalised welcome service is available at the cloakroom. A visitor services assistant will give you gloves and a list of works that can be explored by touch. The assistant will accompany you in the museum’s permanent collections. This service is offered subject to staff availability
