Getting around (Getting around inside the museum)

Wheelchairs, folding chairs and canes are available free of charge on request, in exchange for the visitor’s ID. Canes with tips are authorized throughout the visit.These items cannot be reserved in advance.

Guide dogs and service dogs (Animals)

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome at the museum. Dogs in training are also admitted. Official documentation may be requested.

Parking access (Parking)

It is possible to park a vehicle close to the museum subject to a request made at least one week in advance via email (information@musee-orangerie.fr)
To access the museum, vehicles must enter through the Jardin des Tuileries via the gate on Avenue du Général Lemonnier (on the Louvre side). Inside the Jardin des Tuileries, vehicles must drive very slowly with warning lights on.

Visiting Support (Accessibility)

If you have more than one support person, we recommend that you reserve your extra tickets in advance so that you and your support persons can enter the museum at the same time.
