Animals are generally not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs.

The museum offers special birthday packages for children.

Visitors are welcome to capture impressions of the museum. We also have 5 free photo stations that you can use.
- Programs for school classes (Group and Tours)
The museum offers programs for school classes, focusing on topics such as optical illusions, color theory, perspective, and sensory perception. Guided tours are available, and the museum is exclusively open for school groups on Tuesdays.
- Reduced admission (Admission)
Children and visitors with severe disabilities or using wheelchairs have reduced prices, and their accompanying person receives free admission.
