Baby changing facilities are available on the museum’s ground floor.

Cloakrooms (Complementary Offer)

A cloakroom and lockers for bulky items or items that may not be taken into the museum are available free of charge for admission ticket holders.

Cognitive tours (Complementary Offer)

In light of making the museum accessible to a wide audience, Mudam offers adapted activities for visitors lying on the autistic spectrum. Mudam organises a family discovery day free of charge during which families can enjoy a 45-minute private guided tour to explore the museum and its exhibitions together with an art mediator. To ensure a pleasant visit, the guided tour is adapted to the sensitivities of the visitors with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorders).

Mobility (Accessible entrance for pushchairs and wheelchairs)

Except for the MediaLab, all floors of the museum are wheelchair and stroller accessible. The museum auditorium is wheelchair accessible and all visitors can take part in Mudam’s guided visits and conferences.

Wheelchairs (Getting around inside the museum)

2 wheelchairs are available on request and can be picked up from the reception area. All toilets are wheelchair accessible.
Mudam is accessible by wheelchair. There are no stairs on the way between the entrance to the Park Dräi Eechelen and the museum. Access to the museum is granted through the main door for all visitors.
