Access preferences

Accessible side entrance (Accessible entrance for pushchairs and wheelchairs)

The Museum has two entrances: The main entrance, at number 13 Rambla de Ferran, which has two steps. The accessible entrance is on Carrer Baixada de l’Audiència. It is recommended that people with reduced mobility and pushchairs access the Museum through this door.

Accessible toilets (Children friendly)

On floor 0 there are inclusive, accessible toilets with baby changing facilities. They are marked with ink and braille.

Building information (Getting around inside the museum)

Entrance to the museum is always through floor 0, where the visitor information and ticket sales point is located. The counter is adapted to the height of wheelchairs.

Extensive use of Braille signage (Braille)

Tactile maps, elevators and restrooms indicated with braille.

Magnetic loops and audio guides (Acoustic Experiences)

The information space has a magnetic loop. There is an audio guide loan service.

Mission of the MORERA (Mission Statement)

The Modern and Contemporary Art Museum of Lleida is a public service which seeks to raise awareness of modern and contemporary art and disseminate the narratives found in its collections.
It is an open space for debating and reflecting critically on the art and culture of our times.

No pets. Service dogs allowed (Animals)

Animals are not allowed in the museum, except for properly accredited assistance dogs.

Parking with reduced mobility (Parking)

To move people with mobility problems to the entrance of the building, it is allowed to stop for a moment in front of the Museum (rambla de Ferran, 13), in the cornering area.

Photographs and video for personal use (Photography)

Photographs and videos may be taken in the exhibition halls for personal use. In no case is the use of flash or tripods allowed.

Tactile maps (Tactile Experiences)

The museum has foot-tactile routes from the entrances to reach the information point, the haptic/tactile floor plan and the elevator. All floors have tactile maps of the situation. They have the directory of the whole building, the detail of the plant, enlarged font, relief and braille. Touchmaps are found exiting the elevator, on the left wall on all floors except Floor 0, where it is found by following the walkthrough.
