Access preferences

Accessible toilets (Accessible restrooms)

The museum has two fully accessible toilets on the ground floor, one in the museum's entrance and one in the workshop Fria verkstaden.

By bus or car (Getting there)

The nearest bus stop is Kommunhuset in Skärhamn, about 800 meters from the museum. Västtrafik's buses depart from Stenungsund and Gothenburg.

Hearing loop (Acoustic Experiences)

In the assembly hall (Samlingssalen) where most of the museum's events take place, a hearing loop is installed.

Parking options (Parking)

About 25 meters from the museum's entrance, there are four parking spaces reserved for you with limited mobility and valid parking permit.

Wheelchairs accessible (Accessible entrance for pushchairs and wheelchairs)

There are no thresholds in the building and it is easy to get around with a wheelchair or walking frame in the museum. A wheelchair is available for loan, please talk to the museum staff at the reception.
