NRW-Forum
The NRW-Forum Düsseldorf is an exhibition house that presents contemporary photography, pop culture, and digital art. It acts as a platform for current trends and diverse cultural events.

Access preferences
- Assistance dogs (Animals)
Assistance dogs (e.g. guide dogs for the blind, signalling dogs) may be brought into all areas of the NRW Forum.
- Getting inside (Getting there)
For visitors with reduced mobility and pushchairs, the NRW-Forum Düsseldorf is accessible without steps via a barrier-free side entrance.
- Guided tours (Group and Tours)
Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users.
There are guided tours in German sign language for people with hearing impairments and deaf visitors.
There are also guided tours for blind and visually impaired people - with tactile exhibits.
Guided tours for people with cognitive impairments are conducted in easy-to-read language.
Participation is only possible by prior appointment.
Seating (mobile or fixed) is available during the guided tours.- Orientation in the building (General)
There is a largely uninterrupted wayfinding system throughout the building.
The paths are level, low-vibration and free of obstructive thresholds.
Important areas such as the cash desk, lift and exhibition rooms are clearly visible and within sight.
Corridors and lifts are sufficiently wide, brightly lit and glare-free.
The wayfinding system is not tactile and does not offer continuous tactile or high-contrast floor guidance.- Parking for reduced mobility (Parking)
Two marked disabled parking spaces are located on Joseph-Beuys-Ufer, in the immediate vicinity of the entrance to the NRW-Forum.

- Reduced rate (General)
Visitors with a degree of disability of 50 per cent or more pay the reduced admission price.
