Adapted restrooms (Accessible restrooms)

There are adapted restrooms on the ground floor, in the Apartment of La Pedrera (fourth floor), in the Exhibition Hall (main floor), in the Auditorium, and in the Gaudí Room.

Blind visitors (Getting around inside the museum)

The building's features and morphology make it advisable for blind or visually impaired people to visit with accompaniment.

Dementia (Complementary Offer)

A significant portion of the resources and services of the Catalunya La Pedrera Foundation are allocated to improving the quality of life of elderly individuals suffering from cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease or other dementias through its dignified aging program. Adapted guided tours are offered for groups of people with Alzheimer's and other dementias. It is aimed at entities and collectives that serve people with mild and moderate cognitive impairment. Cognitive stimulation materials are provided both to prepare for the visit and to work on after the visit.

Entering the building (Getting there)

People with disabilities can enter the building without queues through the main entrance on Passeig de Gràcia. For those with disabilities who wish to visit La Pedrera but find it difficult to plan a specific day and time, there is no problem; they can come on the day and at the time they choose and inform our public attention staff upon arriving at La Pedrera.

LSC and LSE (Sign language)

Oral deaf people have access to subtitled content, and sign language users have access to Catalan Sign Language (LSC) and Spanish Sign Language (LSE) content. Deaf signers can take a guided tour of the building with a sign language interpreter (LSC and LSE).

Reduced entry for children (Children friendly)

Children under 12 years have free entry and children between 12 and 17 years have a reduced entry of 12.50€.

Reduced entry for disabled and their helpers (Accessibility)

People with a disability of 33% or more can benefit from the reduced rate of 19€. If the disability is equal to or greater than 65% or the need for an accompanying person is accredited, in this case, the companion enters for free.

Reduced mobility (Accessible entrance for pushchairs and wheelchairs)

The visit to La Pedrera includes elevators and ramps that connect the various floors. It is partially accessible for people with reduced mobility and those in wheelchairs.

A general model of the building with architectural and sculptural details, both interior and exterior, located at the start of the visit in the corridor between the two courtyards.

Tactile floor plans with Braille (Braille)

Tactile floor plans for each floor of the visit, indicating the visitor route. These three-dimensional plans are labeled in three languages in ink, relief, and braille.

Various formats of video guides are offered in different languages, considering the diversity of needs and types of audiences.
