Arrival of groups (Getting there)

Busses equipped with platforms for people with reduced mobility may stop at Plaça de les Glòries to load and unload passengers.

Braille handout (Braille)

The programme handout in Braille and large print may be consulted at the information and service desk. It provides basic information on the Disseny Hub Barcelona and the organisation of its collections into permanent exhibitions based on a variety of themes.

Defibrillator (Complementary Offer)

A defibrillator is available on the ground floor. In case of need, please alert information staff.

Disability Parking (Parking)

There are public parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility who hold the disability parking card nearby.

Guidance system and tactile model (Tactile Experiences)

Entering from Carrer Irena Sendler 1, people with visual functional diversity will find a guidance system which will help them locate the information and service desk. 
This guidance system leads to the tactile model that reproduces the building and its surroundings, together with a wall-mounted directory in Braille and large print with information about the museum floors with permanent exhibitions.

Hearing loop (Acoustic Experiences)

The two information and service desks are equipped with a hearing loop to assist anyone who may need it.

Sustainability (Environmentally responsible)

The building has the Environmental Quality Guarantee Seal and the Biosphere Certificate in addition to being part of the Xarxa Barcelona + Sostenible.

Wheelchairs (Accessible entrance for pushchairs and wheelchairs)

The information and service desks have an area adapted for easy access by wheelchair users. Horizontal and vertical mobility is guaranteed throughout the building. Two wheelchairs are also available for loan on request at the Disseny Hub Barcelona.

Wi-Fi (WiFi)

Wi-Fi is available in the DHub lobby, the Library and Archive of Design, the auditorium, the permanent and temporary exhibition rooms, and the education workshops.
